THE THING NOBODY TELLS YOU
NOT EVERY LEVEL 7 IS THE SAME LEVEL 7.
There is a reason some cost two thousand pounds and some cost ten. Different awarding bodies, different qualification numbers, different sizes of award, and different standing with the bodies that will be asked to vouch for you. The certificate on your wall does not say which one you bought. The register does.
Recognised is not the same as regulated
The JCCP separates recognised Level 7 qualifications from non-recognised ones, and states that a non-recognised Level 7 on its own is not sufficient for full membership. It has also said many existing Level 7 programmes need amending to align with the JCCP and CPSA framework.
A Certificate is not a Diploma
Some Level 7 routes award a Certificate of thirty or thirty-four credits. Others award a Diploma of forty-two to sixty. Both say Level 7 on the front. They are not the same qualification and they are not the same amount of learning.
The shortcuts are narrowing
Qualifi's Level 7 specification dated January 2026 caps recognition of prior learning at seventy per cent of units, with the rest completed in full. VTCT has launched an entirely new Level 4 to Level 7 pathway. The doors that were wide open are not closing, but they are getting narrower.
What we are not going to tell you.
Nobody has said that Level 7 qualifications already awarded will stop being valid, and we are not going to pretend otherwise to hurry you along. There is no licensing scheme in force in England, and no commencement date has been set. Level 7 is a Health Education England recommendation, not a legal requirement. Anyone telling you the law already demands it is selling you something.
WHAT IS THIS WORTH
£28,605 OF TUITION BUYS ONE DEGREE. £19,699 BUYS FIVE QUALIFICATIONS.
Three years of undergraduate tuition in England is £28,605 at the current fee limit, and the limit is rising every year. Borrow the maintenance loan on top and a graduate outside London leaves owing just over sixty thousand pounds, having spent three years not earning.
England fee limit of £9,535 a year for 2025/26, rising to £9,790 for 2026/27 and £10,050 for 2027/28, so a student starting now pays more than £28,605. Maintenance loan at the 2025/26 maximum of £10,544 a year living away from home outside London, £13,762 in London.
Elite 500 figure is the Aesthetics pathway from the beginning, five Ofqual-regulated qualifications, Level 3 to Level 7, paid in full, or £4,095 down and £499 a month for thirty-six months while you keep working.

The price is the same whether you pay monthly or in one go, because we do not add a finance charge and then take it off again.

Nurses, doctors, dentists, prescribing pharmacists and non-medic injectors already working with toxin and filler. You have the CPD certificates. You need them converted into a regulated qualification.

Dates are published and fixed. That is what protects the group size. One-to-one delivery exists and is priced separately.

Scotland passed the Non-surgical Procedures Act in March 2026. It covers botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, bans procedures on under-eighteens, and carries a maximum fine of twenty thousand pounds. It cannot commence before 6 September 2027. England has not set a date. The direction is not in doubt, only the timing.
